5 Rounds for time:

20 Dumbbell Side Bends - (25#)
15 Situps
10 Clap Pushups

Finished in 12.40. The situps on the 4th round became difficult and my time slowed with feelings of nausea. After the WOD, finished with 45 min of light cardio.
