5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Finished with 13 rounds + 5 pull-ups + 6 push-ups. After round 5 - substituted for jumping pull-ups and after round 8 - substituted for knee push-ups.

For the next week, working out with Ames CrossFit.
