"Barbara" 5 rounds for time: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats Rest exactly 3 minutes after each round.
Rounds were: 4.19-5.06-6.06-5.50-6.26. Total time spent with work, 27.47.
