Finished in 8.46. Although I finished 1.45 minutes faster than the previous week, I could have gone faster. Still feeling Tuesday and Wednesdays WOD's. Finished with 45 min of light cardio. Note: Normally a HIIT/metcon kind of day, I decided against as to not push myself into OTS.
